Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve an event date, the Renter shall pay the Owners 25% of the total rental rate at signing. The 25% is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date. If reserving less than two weeks from the event date, Full Payment is due at signing. Rescheduling: If there is a conflict with the original date, renters may consult with owners regarding rescheduling once to an available date. Depending on the date selected a difference in price may be required. Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled at any time Hower, the following penalties apply: • Deposit of 25% is forfeited • If the cancellation is less than two weeks from the event only 50% of the rental rate will be refunded.
